1. Who we are
NordStack is a Swedish provider of domains, web hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS, website builder, business email, SSL certificates, website security and backups. You can reach us through our contact page or by phone on 010 337 05 96 (24/7 support).
2. Our reseller relationship
NordStack is an authorised reseller of domain and hosting products. All purchases, checkout, payments, customer accounts and product delivery take place in our reseller storefront at https://shop.nord-stack.com, which is operated by our technology partner.
Orders are governed by the storefront's Universal Terms of Service and the product-specific agreements shown at checkout. Those agreements apply in addition to these terms. If there is a conflict concerning an order or product, the storefront agreements apply.
3. Use of the website
This website provides information about our products and services and lets you contact us. You may use it for lawful purposes only. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
4. Accounts and orders
Customer accounts are created and managed in the storefront at shop.nord-stack.com. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. An order is binding once it has been confirmed in the storefront, in accordance with the storefront agreements.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the storefront and include VAT where applicable. Prices, offers and product descriptions on this website are for information only and may change. The price and terms shown in the storefront at the time of your order apply. Payment is handled securely in the storefront.
6. Renewals and cancellations
Many products, such as domains, hosting and subscriptions, renew automatically for a new period unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel. Renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled in the storefront in accordance with the storefront agreements. You can manage your products and renewal settings in your storefront account.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). The withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
The right of withdrawal has limits:
- Digital services: if you expressly ask for a service such as hosting or email to start during the withdrawal period, you may have to pay for the part already provided if you withdraw. Once the service has been fully performed with your consent and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
- Domain names: domain registrations are carried out at your request and delivered immediately, so they normally cannot be withdrawn once the registration has been completed.
- Digital content: digital content not supplied on a physical medium cannot be withdrawn once delivery has started with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal.

8. Acceptable use
You must not use this website or our products to:
- break any law or infringe the rights of others;
- distribute malware, spam or other harmful content;
- try to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
- disrupt or overload the website or its infrastructure;
- copy, scrape or misuse website content without permission.
Use of the products themselves is also subject to the acceptable use rules in the storefront agreements.

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to NordStack or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute will be settled by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
